Mike was searching for a way to return to a healthier physical self and lifestyle - with yoga. What started as "wanting to feel better," soon became an exciting avenue of expression and exploration. With a smile, Mike states, "Yoga, for me, has opened new and wonderful doors to a life I never could have dreamed of; the least I can do is share this gift with my fellow seekers." Mike is open, honest, and strives to remain a life-long student. Mike is a graduate of Cloud Nine Yoga's Teacher Training Program and an RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance.
